OUTLINE OF ARTWORK CONTRIBUTIONS:
Since this program is a new arrival for international creators' enlightening
activities, anyone can enter free of charge.
First of all, please fill in your personal data in the "Artist Registration Form"
document.
Contributors will be ICO's Creators' members naturally.
On our Facebook site ICO will post the "hit rankings" degree from the number
of "likes" received from art lovers worldwide.
ICO will announce the "most popular ranking" on FaceBook or our ICO site every
month.
High-ranking works will qualify to be published in ICO's Public Art eBook Annual
if these contributors wish to collaborate.
ICO plans to collaborate with outstanding artists worldwide to publish a high
quality International Art eBook.
Through ICO's distributors, this innovative new art eBook will be distributed to
many potential International marketplaces.
ICO's distributors have connections to over 180,000 school and public libraries
worldwide.
Libraries in each region will lend the Art eBook free of charge to their readers.
It will be a potentially huge market.
RULES APPLYING TO THE CONTRIBUTION OF ARTWORKS:
■ The number of works you may contribute any amount of images for each
artist.
■ People from all over the world can vote for the image by "liking" it on
ICO site or Facebook.
■ If you have completed the "Artist Registration Form", please post your
works directly on the FaceBook site.
■ However, if it's difficult to uploard your image(s) onto FB. directly from
your end, you can send them to ICO HQ. directly by email or CD.
■ The exposure period is about one month. Every month ICO will showcase
the works with the highest popularity "like" vote on the FB or ICO. web site.
■ The size of the artwork you contribute should be "20cm" size
approximately and 72 dpi, jpeg.
■ Each of your images, please attach the image icons. (48X58mm)
approximate size / 72dpi.
■ In the publishing of your art work, you may use your pen-name if you wish.
■ The artwork you contribute must only be works which you have created
yourself.
■ ICO is not responsible for issues such as copyright.
