Application regulations

Welcome:

International Creators' Organization invites you to participate in our upcoming publication of the "ICO Annual", an authoritative look at the distinctive artwork of the best artists and illustrators worldwide. The new "ICO Annual" series has evolved from the former "JCA Annual Series", which was published from 1962 to 1993. The JCA Annual series was a highly respected and successful publication series, which was distributed to over 72 countries around the world.

To celebrate the beginning of our new "ICO Annual" series, we are inviting talented artists and illustrators worldwide to send us their outstanding art images, for consideration by our Selection Committee. Selected artists will be showcased in both our book and on our web site. This gives them the unique opportunity to have their artwork seen by many new clients worldwide.

Participation in this special edition is by invitation only, and is free of charge to those invited and selected by the ICO Selection Committee.


Please follow the Application Regulations carefully for sending your submission materials.

About sending:
1. Please indicate "No Commercial Value" on your postal form, in order to avoid unnecessary import taxes.
2. Write "ICO Annual" on the outside of your package, so that we may identify your mail correctly.

About your submission materials:
1. If you have saved your images in Photoshop, please send them in Photoshop.
2. If you have saved your images in Illustrator software, send them in Illustrator software.
3. For all other images, please save and send them by TIFF or EPS.

Please include the following information, in digital lettering:

3. Your country :
4. Your company name (if applicable) :
5. Your email address (for our personal files) :
6. Your URL :

8. Your occupation category (for the index section) :

All contribution images should be:
1. Images must be 360dpi.
We can not increase your original small image to a bigger size. For example: We can not increase a 72dpi image to a 360dpi image.
2. Use CMYK color for all submissions. We can not insure the color quality of RGB.
3. Please enclose a print out sheet of all of your images. We need to refer to this for color proofing, and for identification purposes. 4. We accept CD/DVD submissions only. We can not accept any submission materials by email, or by ftp.
5. We can accept non-returnable media only.
6. Please do not send original artwork. ICO can not be responsible for its safety, or for its return.
7. By receiving your submission materials ICO understands that we have your permission to use them in our publication of the "ICO Annual", and for promotional materials related to the "ICO Annual".
